By accessing or using the official Potasfield Schools website (potasfieldschools.com) or associated portals including the MYPFS application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you should refrain from using our digital platforms.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including but not limited to the Potasfield Schools logo, motto (“Excellence and Godliness”), crest, text, photographic works, course syllabi, curriculum materials, and design assets, is the proprietary property of Potasfield Schools and is protected by Nigerian copyright and intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, scraping, or modification of any school media or text without express written permission is strictly prohibited.

3. Portal & Account Security (MYPFS)

Students, parents, and faculty issued login credentials to the MYPFS portal or internal CBT systems must maintain the confidentiality of their passwords. Any unauthorized access, session sharing, or attempt to compromise student records, grades, or personal information will result in immediate suspension of access and potential disciplinary and legal consequences.

4. Admissions & Application Disclaimers

Submission of an online application or inquiry form does not constitute an automatic grant of admission. Admission into Potasfield Foundation School or Potasfield College is competitive and contingent upon:

• Satisfactory performance in the school's entrance examination.
• Verification of previous school credentials and transfer documents.
• Parental alignment with our Christian moral guidelines and boarding standards.
• Timely settlement of statutory acceptance and tuition fees.

5. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• Use the site or forms to transmit defamatory, offensive, or malicious content.
• Introduce viruses, trojans, worms, or other technologically harmful material.
• Impersonate any student, teacher, board member, or administrator of Potasfield Schools.
• Falsify academic documents or registration certificates during application.
